The trainers deliver high quality and highly motivating exercise programs and are very accommodating and adapting to your level, yet encouraging to take on challenges and push past your comfort.
It generally does feel like you have a personal trainer by your side the entire time.

I personally have never joined a gym before, so the concept of functional fitness is new to me, i am made to feel I am the expert of my fitness journey because of the trainers enthusiasm and motivation towards my fitness journey.
