  Be warned! Left an apprentice unsupervised!
  
  I'm usually happy but not this time, and I can't see myself returning to Salon Express. They had left an apprentice unsupervised to cut my hair. The apprentice was running errands to the phone and back to my haircut. Meanwhile, the older and more experienced hairdresser enjoyed a chat in the back of the store (for over an hour). This unprofessional practice had left my hair's length uneven at places. You have lost a customer.
